Hi Nick,

Yes, you can have multiple databases within bitB.  You can right-click within the Device List, select Settings, then Database Manager to choose which database to use.  Currently, this allows you to select between already created databases.  The functionality to create a new database from here will be released soon.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Ben

Hi NickS,

This is actually pretty simple. From the physical, just right-click on a device, and on the menu that appears, click “MAC Address Table” and it will pop up a grid with all the MAC related info you need!

Hope that helps,

Aaron

Hello bitben,

Actually, they can be! When you open a data grid, you can right-click in the section just above the column headers and the pop-up menu should give you a few options for exporting, such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or HTML.

Hope that helps,

Aaron
